Project Management Methodology

Adroit is able to achieve international quality standards consistently for all the localization projects we deliver, by following a holistic methodology for managing the entire localization project with multiple layers of quality control.
A Project Manager is assigned exclusively for each project, who will be wholly responsible for the project right from organizing the resources and planning the schedule, thorough out the project till completion. The Project Manager picks up the appropriate personnel for technical, linguistic and client servicing purposes. A thoroughly systemized project log is maintained through out the project enabling the project personnel to track and solve any issues, without losing much time.
We have devised an efficient and fool-proof mechanism for secure transactions and file transfer over the internet - with a place on our FTP server for our client and controlled access for all the personnel working on the project (client side and Adroit side).
Professional Translators
Even the most efficient Project Management Methodology needs the right people to back up – to make it work. Hence, all our translators are chosen carefully – only highly qualified and well-experienced native speakers with proven expertise in their chosen fields are taken into consideration for recruitment – we apply stringent quality control standards even in the recruitment testing procedure. Tools & Technology
All the translators on our panel keep themselves up-to-date on the latest translation technologies in the industry. We make sure appropriate translation tools are utilized for each project – if required, we can use any client specified translation tools as well. To maintain the authenticity of the translation, it is a prerequisite to use only localized systems and applications for translation, reviewing as well as testing. We use technology solutions to support all platforms, for UNIX, Windows, MAC or otherwise.
Cost Effectiveness
We believe Quality comes at a price. But we can afford to provide highest quality translations at almost half the price of our counterparts in other countries owing to lower project maintenance costs in India. Moreover, our careful project-monitoring methods result in minimizing the losses to zero percent further adding to the cost effectiveness.
